Be Careful With Whom We Associate

“We then, as workers together ye receive not the
Grace of God in vain.”     II Corinthians 6.1.

The simple-minded allow evil men to tell us what we should do with our lives. Much of the problems we are having today are because President Franklin Delano Roosevelt had various people problems. The influence the marxists had on this arrogant blue-blood from New York will never be known either by this generation – or the one in the past.

When asked why he had so many communist sympathizers in his administration, President Roosevelt stated, “There is nothing wrong with the communists in this country.  Several of my best friends are communists.”   This came from the New York Times of May 6, 1933.

Alger Hiss was a spy.  Harry Hopkins was point man for the Soviet Union. Hopkins passed top secrets about the atomic bomb to Soviet agents. Henry Wallace, Vice-President, was often making speeches how wonderful the Soviet Union was. Henry Wallace was a peculiar man.

Socialism & Joseph Stalin, in this case –  communism, (which is another form of it), was responsible for killing at least 20,000,000 in only one area of the Ukrainian.  This demonic man was said to have been responsible for more deaths than Hitler.

Then Mao killed over 50,000,000 of his own countrymen. All of this came about because the church went along with these bad men. It seems as if the church refused to be counted.

Murder is murder  –  whether it is from mass killings or by abortion: one murder at a time.

Paul was careful to give an example of what should be accomplished in our life. This man of God said he had fed them or in the text it said he had succored them which means fed these newly converted people.

When II Corinthians 6:1-3 is read:

“We then, as workers together ye receive not the grace of
God in vain.(For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted,
and in the day of salvation have I succored thee: behold, now is
the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.) Giving
no offence in anything that the ministry be not blamed.”

These Jews and gentiles had heard the Gospel and now they were instructed to follow what was said. The books of the New Testament were given to us to show openly to all people the glory given to us. God’s voice is always useful.

Paul was always willing to speak to a group but he often spoke to a person.  The people of the United States seemingly enjoy being stylish.  Yes one can easily comment that our task is to speak to the person.  Even though Paul wrote to the church notice how he slanted his words to the person.

This was a technique Christ used also.

NOT A WEAKLING

The words found in Corinthians 6:4-7, give a glimpse of the strength of character he had physically and mentally. The words in these short sentences gave to us a clue of a man who had not only walked the walk but also talked the talk.

“But in all things approving ourselves as the ministers of God, in
much patience, in afflictions , in necessities, in afflictions , in
necessities, in distresses. In stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults,
in labours, in watching, in fastings; By pureness, by knowledge, by
longsuffering, by kindness, by the Holy Ghost, by love unfeigned, By
the word of the truth, by the power of God, by the armour of
righteousness on the right hand and on the left.”

Christians have been called upon to suffer for him. Here are some names who brought death and sorrow.

  • Nero
  • • Caligula
  • • Kings of nations
  • • Various Popes
  • • Both Bushes
  • • Hitler
  • • Stalin
  • • Mao
  • • Pol Pot
  • • muslims
  • • Mary Queen of Scots
  • • Jewish leaders
  • • Turks
  • • Obama

There are only a few who have demonstrated the final penalty of those who worshiped Jesus Christ.

The issue is raised as to just how Paul withstood the frontal attacks that he did. The explanation is given in II Corinthians 6:7.

“By the word of the truth, by the power of God, by the
armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left.”
This man was familiar with God’s word. The Apostle was well acquainted with the men and woman who were set out in the Old Testament. In Acts 9:15-16, Christ told Ananias what he would show Paul that this passage states:

“But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen
vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and
kings, and the children of Israel.”

The Bible never tells its readers that if one accepts Christ there will not be tribulation or pain. If one listens to the people who pander the Social Gospel it would seem all is well if you belong to some select group. As a Christian, I have little or no feeling for silly remarks by social marxist weak-kneed purveyors of this contemptible rot called Liberalism . Can you name one single biblical missionary –  much less whether they had suffered physically in the last 20 year from the liberal camps?

TWO WAYS

There are two ways the world attacks we Christians.  It behooves us to understand the way Satan attacks Christians. His plan is the same as it has been since his being removed from heaven.

Always the same method is used for people to succumb to this readily. It is to cause pain, hurt and when necessary: death. This is the physical way and seemingly this works more often than not. Paul went through this more often than not.

The second is more subtle. This is the one in the United States being endorsed by the so called intellectuals today when we read II Corinthians 6:8-10.

“By honour and dishonor, by evil report and good report: as
deceivers, and yet true; As unknown, and yet well known; as
dying, and, behold, we live; as chastened, and not killed; As
sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich;
as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.”

The following are obvious in this society because the results can be observed quickly when our mental eyes begin to examine this culture.

College professors ridiculing Christians,
• Television showing immorality,
• Public schools without God,
• Government politicians are lying,
• Denominations accepting evil,
• Bureaucrats writing foolishness, and
• Writers who pen empty words.

Your writer did not set out examples of each one but this could be done.

In the beginning of the blog it was set out that one must be careful of our associates. The people F.D.R. had around him were disasters for the United States. It has been embedded that socialism is acceptable and morals are of little consequence to us.

We are no longer the powerful nation that  we once were. Satan has control of us  –  except for we Christians who say to the Devil “Go to Hell!”.

This intellectual Jew knew he had to give them substance in their life.  Otherwise Christ would be worthless to them. The test in II Corinthians 6:11-13 tells this:

“O ye Corinthians, our mouth is open unto you, our heart
is enlarged.  Ye are not straitened in your own bowels. Now
for a recompence in the same, (I speak as unto my children,)
be ye also enlarged.”

Here Paul did not mince words.

DO NOT FLIRT

In our society and culture it is believed that a “little sin” is permissible. This is a commonly-accepted practice among those who supposedly are believers. This is an accepted lie. It has no basis in fact. We are to stay clear of people who are evil. In II Corinthians 6:14-15. This is clearly set out here:

“Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what
fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? And what
communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath
Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an
infidel?”

There can be absolutely no catering to evil. Righteousness and evil cannot mix. The word Belial is used which means wicked. In the times we live this is not an accepted manner of living. It is so easy to look over the manner of life for people because the remarks can be made that demons are in some people so get over it.

No! No! Leave these people alone because their evil will grab you.

This happened as the Israelites approached the Promised land. Men flirted with women of foreign groups. Numbers 25:7-8 tells us about this event:

“And when Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron
the priest, saw it, he rose up from among the congregation,
and took a javelin in his hand; And he went after the man of
Israel into the tent, and thrust both of them through, the man
of Israel, and the woman through her belly, So the plague was
stayed from the children of Israel.”

This is happening here!  The United States is mixing evil with Godliness. The muslim leaders are men of violence who are bent upon the destruction of all Christians.  Look at the mess Europe is now experiencing.  Western Culture and Islam cannot exist together. Women are sex tools. Children are brutalized. The marxist-leaning muslim man in the White House caters to these evil beasts.

CHRISTIAN ACT

The man Paul knew what had to be done.  It was to depart from the prestige of Satan’s people. In simple terms the command was here in II Corinthians 6:17:

“Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate,
saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will
receive you.”

This means new friends must be adopted. It may call for you to no longer go to the church you attended. The sad idea in our life is that we may have to revolt to cast off the burden that Satan has strapped us with. My hope is that we will not have a blood revolution.  As of now the American people are tired of this mess.   Look around you.

Why are people buying guns?
• Why are private schools being formed?
• Why are people speaking out?
• Why are people facing down politicians?
• Why are people hoarding cash?

Evil must be over thrown out unless we want God’s judgment to be upon us.

I am a pessimist for now. I am an optimist for the future.

KEEP THE FAITH!

ROCK OF AGES

“Rock of Ages, cleft for me,
Let me hide myself in Thee;
Let the water and the blood,
From Thy wounded side which flowed,
Be of sin and double cure;
Save from wrath and make me pure

While I draw this fleeting breath,
Wean mine eyes shall close in death,
When I soar to worlds unknown,
See Thee on Thy judgment throne,
Rock of Ages, cleft for me,
Let me hide myself in Thee.”
