Shut Your Mouth!

“There are many devices in a
Man’s heart; nevertheless the
Counsel of the LORD, that shall stand.”
Proverbs 18:21.

Each war will have some saying that tells or states a particular idea. Here are some of the remarks, the word may be nothing propaganda phrases.

In the Spanish American conflict it was “Remember the Maine” this alluded to the boiler explosion of the battleship “Maine” in Havana’s harbor in Cuba.

In the throes of WWI,  the words were “Make the world safe for Democracy” this was obviously incorrect the British and French tried to steal whatever their filthy minds could grab.

The war which many remember was WWII. One could make a long list of sayings which was to aid the war effort, working women were said to be “Rosie the Riveter”. This referred to the working woman in the ship yard. Then the one which was plastered all over various places was “Remember Pearl Harbor”!  People were not to forget how the Japanese had started the fighting. This one was a warning to all citizens.

There was a remark for people to say very little. The words were “slip of the lip can sink a ship”. Our fighters had three places planes were sent – Pacific Theater, European Theater and American coast effort. Many of the remarks had some picture printed in a way you had two forces to support the concept.

In Vietnam, it was not the war effort but the creation of the engagement Lyndon Johnson who took the criticism of the words. He did not deprive them it was Eisenhower and Kennedy who pulled us into this struggle.

Then George Bush (43) said there was weapons of mass destruction in Iraq which later was to be false.

One could go through the armed conflicts that prove their point such as the American Revolution. You recall the “No Taxation without Representation”

The aforementioned is how people will remember certain events. These words are a method of teaching and recall. It is an attempt to reinforce a specific memory.

OLD TESTAMENT

The Ten Commandments were set out in Exodus 20. The people were to have them read at least yearly. Actually, In Deuteronomy 16:16, they met three times a year.

“Three times in a year shall all
Thy males appear before the LORD
Thy God in the place which he shall
Choose; in the feast of weeks, and
In the feast of tabernacles: and they
Shall not appear before the LORD
Empty.”

Masses understood the principle of repeating certain words so that it is forced on the brain. In Deuteronomy 31:11-12, he told the people before he died what to do.

“When all Israel is come to
Appear before the LORD thy God in the
Place which he shall choose, thou
Shalt read this law before all Israel
In their hearing.
Gather the people together,
Men, and women, and children, and
Thy stranger that is within thy gates,
That they may hear and that they
May learn, and fear the LORD your
God and observe to do all the words
Of his law.”

This certainly is not a new concept we reinforce war beliefs this way.

NEW TESTAMENT

The human brain is constructed so that we learn best by rote.  This automatically brings up whether electronic technology is harmful or not.

In the life of Jesus, what He proclaimed was that people should rejoice because what was promised had carried. Isaiah 61:1, the told of this event.

“The spirit of the LORD GOD is upon
 Me; because the LORD hath
Anointed me to preach good tidings
Unto the meek; he hath sent me to
Bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim
Liberty to the captives, and the
Opening of the prison to them that
Are bound.”

Even the gentiles would then hear about this wonderful event as set forth Isaiah 62:2.

“And the gentiles shall see thy
Righteousness, and all kings thy glory:
And thou shalt be called by a new
Name, which the mouth of the LORD
Shall name.”

One example is the wonderful and beautiful story of Jesus talking to Samaritan woman in John 4:21-24.

“Jesus saith unto her, Woman,
Believe me, the hour cometh, when
Ye shall neither in this mountain,
Nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the
Other.
Ye worship ye know what we worship:
For salvation is of the Jews.
But the hour cometh, and now
Is, when the true worshippers shall
Worship the Father in the spirit and in
Truth: for the Father seeketh such to
Worship him."

God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must, “Worship him in Spirit and in Truth.”

Then it happened – Jesus declared who he was in John 4:26.

“Jesus saith unto her, I that Speak unto thee and he.”

There would be a long list of declarations when Jesus who he was in a few words in John 11:25-26.

“Jesus said unto her, I am the
Resurrection, and the life: he that
Believeth in me, thou he were dead,
Yet shall live:
And whosoever liveth and
Believeth in me shall never die.
Believeth thou this?

The point that is being made is that Jesus who was long sought has at last come He never hesitated stating His position at this time.

BOOK OF ACTS

The words of salvation never changed from the day of Pentecost until the last sentence in Jude. When Peter preached the men who divinely inspired to set in motion in a few words what could be done to receive salvation from sin. This is found in Acts 2:38.

“Then Peter said unto them,
Repent and be baptized every one
If  you in the name of Jesus Christ for
The remission of sins, and ye shall
Receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.”

There was the spreading of the Gospel which followed a set pattern to tell others as set forth in Acts 8:4.

"Therefore, they that were scattered
Abroad went every where
Preaching the word.”

When the gentiles were told the gospel was the same again as told in Acts 10:47, 48.

“Can any man forbid water, that
These should not be baptized, which
Have received the Holy ghost as
Well as we?
And he commanded them to be
baptized in the name of the Lord.
Then prayed they him to tarry certain
Days.”

These words used were the same again and again. The jailer at Philippe heard that it was concluded and the pattern was the same as set forth in Acts 16:33.

“And he took them the same
Hour of the night, and washed their
Stripes; and was baptized, he and all
His, straightway.”

The reason this has been laid out in this blog is to show the words had the same meaning from the beginning to the end of Acts.

FEWER  HATEFUL  WORDS

The culture we live now is made up of despicable humans who delight in being vulgar, hateful, foul-mouthed, unchristian people. The networks such as CNN and MSNBC not only call people names – but find it a way to let these low-life trash commentators monopolize the media. There was a time when such words and remarks would not have been tolerated.

The reason this is now a part of our society is the Un-Christian scum have taken over the control of the media. These buffoons must be called out for their evil ways.

The tongue can never be tamed as told in James 3:7,8.

“For every kind of beasts, and of
Birds, and of serpents, and of things
In the sea, is tamed, and hath been
Tamed of mankind:
But the tongue ca no man tame;
It is an unruly evil, full of deadly
Poison.”

When men and women speak this, they are corrupt rotten demonic creatures. The manner how these sordid instruments of Satan have decided to attempt to destroy Donald Trump is a disgrace to their immortal souls. The New York Times, Washington Post and their demonic followers is a sign of a sin sick mind.

You can not speak BOTH good and evil  –  at the same time.

I have read that the ambition of the following is used over 3500 times in the Bible:

·       Tongue,

·       Talk,

·       Speak,

·       Words,

·       Mouth, and

·       Silence

Learn to keep your mouth shut and zipped up. It was in Luke 6:45 , Jesus spoke to this.

“A good man out of the good
Treasure of his heart bringeth forth
That which is good; and an evil man
Out of the evil treasure of his heart
Bringeth forth that which is evil; for
Of the abundance of the heart his
Mouth speaketh.”

As a Christian, our remarks should be few. The age we live in is longer to talk and it seems most of the time the words are meaningless we all have known people who speak words which are not on point or just that just words. Our culture promotes this. Here are some of the offenders:

·       Politicians

·       TV commentators

·       Supposed party consultants

·       University professors

It has been written by this author that all wars start first with a lie.

A major problem comes about when an ill-chosen word causes hatred, envy and coveting. A few words can bring any of these. The rule must be to be very careful what you say. Your honor is all you have. So protect it from being tarnished.

In my life, there has never been a time when so much evil has been exposed in the United States. The Democratic Party and Republican Party have fostered all of this. It all was a part of the Clinton legacy. The Republican are a group of cowards. The nation itself is under a period of topic words. The Christians must be the example to show God has a way that is expected.

CURSES AMONG US

The digital madness has brought into our society a curse that is hard to accept. Yes, in many aspects, this device gives tremendous help in all forms of communication. The collection of data about each of us medically is very helpful in diagnostics of our ailments. Digital print allows us to know each other in a more imminent way.

There is also a curse with this talking without wires. People can use words in a way that no one can know who said them the words can be hurtful. It is a method of total destruction. One must be careful in its power and use.

CONCLUSION

·       Speak only words with a meaning,

·       Remember the Words Jesus spoke,

·       Never use words that are intended to destroy, and

·       Be careful of digital print.

KEEP THE FAITH!
